The Xantaro Group announced the integration of the international managed services specialist nicos AG back in October. The Xantaro Group had already acquired the IT security specialist NetDescribe GmbH, Munich, in August 2024 and is continuing its announced expansion course with the acquisition of nicos. The nicos companies will continue to operate under their previous company name, with the addition of “Member of the Xantaro Group” after the transaction takes effect.
