Hamburg/Munich, August 1, 2024 – Xantaro Group, Europe’s leading solution provider for high-performance networks, IT security solutions and managed services, today announced the acquisition of NetDescribe GmbH, a specialist for automated and highly scalable IT solutions for performance, compliance and security in complex IT infrastructures.
The two companies had already been working together as strategic partners since mid-March. NetDescribe GmbH will continue to operate under its previous company name, but with the addition of “Member of the Xantaro Group” with immediate effect. Xantaro announces that it will continue to expand the group of companies. The aim is to specifically expand the portfolio, which has now been extended to include the Security division with services for NOC, SOC and OT security, for carriers, service providers, data centers and industrial customers in Germany and the United Kingdom.
